2. Administrative/Logistics Volunteers - additional information

 

In having to implement new protocols this season, we are in need of more volunteers than in past years and need the help of our NW families to get this season up and running. We are looking for volunteers to help with the administrative portion of evaluations and this will help towards fulfilling your volunteer requirements (No previous basketball experience is required). If you are able to help out please email Jen Lefler (leflerbball@gmail.com) with the following information;

 

  1. The session(s) you are available for
  2. Volunteer position and shift #
  3. Your name and cell phone number 
  4. Your participating child’s name

The volunteer positions are as follows:

 

Duties include checking players in for evaluation and writing corresponding numbers on athlete’s legs. 

 Logistics volunteer

Guiding athletes between the gym and the drop off/pick up zones.

 Session 1: Saturday Sept 11

Location: U of C

Admin Shift #1: 8:00am-12:00pm (2 volunteers)

Admin Shift #2: 12:00pm-4:00pm (2 volunteers)

Admin Shift #3: 4:00pm-8:30pm (2 volunteers

 

Logistics Shift #1: 8:00am-10:30am (4 volunteers)

Logistics Shift #2: 12:45pm-2:15pm (4 volunteers)

Logistics Shift #3: 2:15pm-3:45pm (4 volunteers)

Logistics Shift #4: 5:45pm-7:15pm (4 volunteers)           

 

 Session 2: Thursday Sept 16

Location: Foothills Alliance Church

Admin Shift #1: 6:00pm-9:00pm (2 volunteers)

 

Logistics Shift #1: 5:15pm-6:30pm (3 volunteers)

 Session 3: Saturday Sept 18

Location: U of C

Admin Shift #1: 7:45am-12:45pm (2 volunteers)

Admin Shift #2: 12:45pm-4:45pm (2 volunteers)

Admin Shift #3: 4:45pm-8:30pm (2 volunteers)

 

Logistics Shift #1: 7:45am-10:15am (4 volunteers)

Logistics Shift #2: 10:15am-1:00pm (4 volunteers)

Logistics Shift #3: 1:00pm-2:45pm (4 volunteers)

Logistics Shift #4: 2:45pm-5:00pm (4 volunteers)

Location: Hounsfield Heights
